• DEFINITIONS: For these Terms and Conditions, “the Company” refers to BaronFleet or Baron Fleet Technologies or Baron Fleet Technologies Trading, “the Customer” refers to the person or entity making the booking, and “The Trip” refers to the airport car transfer service provided by the Company.
• ELIGIBILITY: This offer is available only to Customers who have completed two (2) paid Airport Transfer Trips with the Company. The free trip will be provided for every third (3) trip.
• FREE TRIP VALUE: The free trip offered will have a maximum value of 50 USD/GBP/EUR/SGD/AED/QAR/SAR. If the cost of the free trip exceeds this value, the difference will be charged to the Customer. in the respective currency of the pickup city.
For example Discount in London – GBP30, Discount in JFK – USD30, Discount in Doha – QAR30.
• The discount amount will be applied in the currency of the city booked of a maximum value of 30 (USD/GBP/EUR/SGD/AED/QAR/SAR) in the respective city currency.
• BOOKING: Bookings for the free trip must be made within 30 days of the completion of the qualifying second completed & paid trip.
• CANCELLATION: If the Customer cancels the free trip, it cannot be claimed at a later date.
• NOT TRANSFERABLE: The offer is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services offered by the Company.
• FRAUD: The Company reserves the right to disqualify any Customer it suspects of fraud or misuse of the campaign.
• AMENDMENTS: The Company reserves the right to change, amend, or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice.
• JURISDICTION: This campaign, including these terms and conditions, will be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates.
